I will introduce you how to make te-form.
*Before you learn te-form, you need to know that Japanese verbs are divided into three groups. If you know that now, or want to review, please check at another post.
3rd group
3rd group verbs are all irregular, you just need to remember those conjugation.

2nd group
2nd group is simple.
You need to delete ますmasu, and add てte.
ます形 | て形 |

閉めますshimemasu | 閉めて |
開けます | 開けて |
1st group
1st group is a bit complicated, let's do one by one.
When verbs end; ーいます-imasu, ーちます -chimasu, ります -rimasu, you need to delete them and add って -tte.

When verbs ends ーにます-nimasu,ーびます-bimasu, ーみます-mimasu, you need to delete them and add んでnde.

When verb ends きます-kimasu, you need to delete them and add いてite.
When verb ends ぎます-gimasu, you need to delete them and add いでide.
