Verb masu-form + たいです (tai desu)

MEANING

"I want to ~" "Je veux - "
When you want to express what you want to do, you can use this grammar.

EXAMPLE

• 映画えいがが見みたいです。
      eiga ga mitai desu　
      [ I want to watch a movie / Je veux regarder des films ]
  
  
• 寿司すしが　食たべたいです。　
  sushi ga tabetai desu
  [ I want to eat sushi / Je veux manger des sushi ]
  
  
• テストに　合格ごうかくしたいです。
  tesuto ni go-kaku shitai desu
  [ I want to pass the exam / Je veux passer l'éxamin ]
  
  
• 東京とうきょうに　住すみたいです。
  to-kyo ni sumitai desu
  [ I want to live in Tokyo / Je veux habiter à Tokyo ]

• 来年、イギリスに引っ越したいと思っています。
  rainen igirisu ni hikkoshitai to omotteimasu
  [ I'm thinking I want to move to the UK. ]
  
  
• 山田さんが、あなたと　話したいそうですよ。
  Yamada-san ga anata to hanashitai soudesuyo
  [ Mr Yamada said he want to talk with you. ]
